No shows and cancellations within 24 hours are are subject to a deposit before rebooking and later will result in a fee.

Arrival times are prompt -

your appointment will be rescheduled if you arrive

15 minutes past your scheduled time

Children welcome when receiving a salon service only

As a courtesy, you will be notified if your stylist is running ahead or behind schedule and changes can be made

After hours appointments can be made at the discretion of each stylist

We want you to love your hair! We always honor a 2 week leeway period for any adjustments that need to be made post appointment

Bb products are non-refundable, but are open to any exchanges for a price equal to or more than original
